* The academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute. ** The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. Please email your letter to customer service.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions
• Full conference materials including a program booklet and access to the abstracts
• Welcome drinks reception on Sunday 2 June
• Mid-session refreshments, as scheduled in the conference program and lunch on Monday and Tuesday

Meet the Speakers Dinner

The dinner is now sold out but if you wish to be placed on the waiting list please email Customer Services

The Meet the Speakers Dinner will take place at the Fifth Grill on Monday 3 June 2013. The tickets are priced at US$60 and the ticket includes a welcome drink and a 3 course meal with wine. Please be aware that we will walk to the dinner venue from the Sheraton, the walk will take approximately 5 minutes.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 19 April 2013, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 3 May 2013, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 3 May 2013, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
